Without communication skills (listening, questioning, etc.) and empathy, understanding, compassion, curiosity, sincerity to connect, it's not possible to embrace diversity or any type of differences.

This can be applied to Europe, Americans, Asia, basically any new environment and also learning to use social media well.

Canada/US/Hong Kong/China. There are also certain things people can continue to do while they are overseas to always be prepared for repatriation. Both relocation and repatriation require that we be agile and adaptive.
