Am now working on the design of a workshop to be delivered in Germany in two weeks. I am exploring the common ground (if any) between two of the concepts and practices I use in my work - Diversity Icebreaker and Host Leadership. Am looking forward to the insights the participants in the workshop are going to offer.

    You can ask other members how they in their country design a cultural training, see with them what are the best practices.
