I have developed a coaching approach inspired by evidence-based methods and practices grounded in Positive Psychology and Appreciative Inquiry. My professional background is anchored on the one hand in managerial practice with a former career in management controlling, and on the other hand in theory with year-long university research in organizational leadership studies, as well as more than 20 years of continuous international experience in France, UK, Germany and Japan. I coach my clients towards a more thriving work experience and a higher level of happiness.
