I hope you are all well.
For the beginning of the year I am in the middle of a negotiation with an international organization that depends on the UN and has its headquarters in Mexico.
They are asking me to make proposals for their expatriates arriving in Mexico but also for their expatriates arriving in their various subsidiaries that they have in 11 countries in addition to Mexico, which is the corporate headquarters.
Here is the list of countries where they have a presence and where they send expatriate executives:
- China.
- Kenya.
- Ethiopia.
- Turkey.
- Zimbabwe.
- Nigeria.
- Senegal.
- Ghana.
- India.
- Nepal.
- Bangladesh.
Thanks to our network I was able to tell them that I have a presence in over 80 countries with consultants/coaches interculturalists and that I was going to check if I had specialists in these countries.
I am still in the process of submitting my proposals, but I want to anticipate a positive response and need to know the following points:
- Who in our network is present in these countries?
- Who in our network is culturally aware of these countries to conduct 2-day cultural trainings of the type: Live and Work at ....?
- Who in our network is culturally aware of these countries for cultural trainings of the type: Live and Work at ....? But they live in another country.
- How much do you charge per hour for a cultural training?
Cultural Coaching hours will be associated to these seminars to accompany expatriates during the first months of their expatriations:
- Who among you can do Cultural Coaching sessions?
- How much do you charge per hour for Cultural Coaching?
